I was asked to create 6 pieces of custom designed artwork for a coworking space in Siargao – Coco Space.
The brief was to produce some minimalist art with abstract shapes using the colours used in the Coco Space branding – a dusky pink, sunshine yellow, calm blue and forest green with the addition of the white and black.
I was given some examples of Japandi wall art to use as inspiration featuring minimalist compositions, circles, arches and flowing lines. I ended up producing around 12 designs which each had approximately 5 colour variations.
Once the final 6 were selected, I supported the client in deciding where to hang the pieces around the space and which designs to pair up.
I also provided the individual illustrations of the artwork elements which could then be used in their social media posts going forward.
